OTHMAN AYEB is a well regarded naturalist with over 20 years experience. He is a professional snake handler and licensed nature guide. He was acknowledged in 1999 in the Guinness World Book of Records as the first ever world champion in the first ever snake-handling competition in the world (International Champion).

He began his career with wildlife in 2001 as a consultant for the Langkawi Snake Sanctuary and continued to pursue his interest in nature guiding in 2005 as the Resident Naturalist at the Andaman Hotel as part of the team from Natural History Tours until 2010. He is currently a freelance nature guide and a licensed Langkawi Geopark Guide. He was bestowed with the Langkawi Outstanding Tourist Guide 2010 Award and founded his own organization Rimbawi in 2009 to further his passion and interest in promoting awareness and wildlife conservation.
